Sterlings Mac Hotel Bangalore, Bangalore

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and clean, thanks to the superb housekeeping team and the amazing Shebestan Restaurant. I had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future. However, there were a few areas like the rooms being a bit shabby in some places, reception staff lacking enthusiasm, and issues with the room key not working correctly, leading to multiple trips to reception. The distance from the airport, being 1.5 hours away, was also a slight inconvenience.

The hotel's rooms projected noise from the restaurant and were a little shabby in areas. The reception staff could have been more enthusiastic, and the room key constantly didn't work, leading to repeated trips to reception to correct the issue. While the hotel is clean, it is small with no proper amenities. The location is good, opposite Leela, but it's far from the International Airport and incurs high pickup charges. The staff's service was helpful and nice, although they may wake you up in the middle of the night for payment. The dining experience was good, with homemade ice cream being offered.

The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms need some serious updating, with stained toilets, and chipped flooring. The purple color scheme didn't quite hit the mark for me. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located away from the main road.
